Clear rules for using myfanss

1. Adults and accounts

myfanss is only for people aged 18 or older who can legally enter this agreement. Use only your own account, provide honest profile information, and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.

2. myfanss’s role and your responsibility

myfanss connects users and creators for anonymous one-to-one audio calls. Other users act independently. MyFanss does not verify or guarantee another user’s identity, background, statements, intentions, or conduct. You are solely responsible for what you say, share, and do, and for your interactions and decisions on or off myfanss. Use good judgment and never share passwords, banking details, or sensitive personal information.

If you use a creator account, you agree that a video call placed to you by the designated myfanss customer-care account, ID 108, for identity verification may record your camera and voice. The call screen displays a recording notice. Ordinary fan and creator calls are not recorded by myfanss.

3. Rules for using myfanss

You must not:

• Use myfanss if you are under 18 or involve a minor in any interaction.
• Create, upload, share, request, promote, or possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or engage in child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualization, sextortion, or trafficking of a child.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, exploit, or promote hatred against anyone.
• Show or send sexual, obscene, violent, or non-consensual content.
• Impersonate others, scam users, solicit money, or provide deliberately false information.
• Violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
• Record, screenshot, copy, or share another user or communication without clear consent and a legal right to do so.
• Send spam or malware, hack or disrupt myfanss, use unauthorized bots, manipulate app systems, evade restrictions, or create accounts to avoid enforcement.
• Use myfanss for anything unlawful.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including creator photos and videos submitted for review. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish it, that every person depicted is an adult, and that every person depicted has consented to the recording and intended publication. You give MyFanss a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to privately store, review, download, process, moderate, publish, display, transmit, and remove that content as needed to operate and protect myfanss, handle reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.

5. Enforcement

MyFanss removes CSAM after obtaining actual knowledge of it, may preserve relevant evidence, suspends or terminates responsible accounts, and reports confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when required by law.

MyFanss may also remove other content, restrict features, and cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, investigations, or enforcement. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice. Users should use myfanss’s block and report tools when another user breaks these rules.

6. myfanss ownership

myfanss’s software, branding, design, and service content belong to MyFanss or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use myfanss. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit myfanss without written permission.

7. Changes

MyFanss may update these Terms when myfanss or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown here. Continuing to use myfanss after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using myfanss.
