Child safety and zero-tolerance standards
MyFanss standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in the myfanss app.
Our commitment
- myfanss is restricted to adults aged 18 or older.
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited.
- Users can report safety concerns directly inside the app.
- MyFanss removes prohibited material, acts against responsible accounts, and reports confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Published standards
1. Scope and minimum age
These standards apply to every myfanss account, profile, upload, message, call, report, and other use of the service. myfanss is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. A person under 18 may not create or use an account.
2. Prohibited child-safety conduct
MyFanss prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including:
- Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, storing, sharing, selling, or distributing CSAM, including real, altered, or computer-generated depictions.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, sexual trafficking, or arranging sexual contact involving a minor.
- Sexualizing a minor or asking a minor to create or share sexual content.
- Promoting, normalizing, facilitating, or providing instructions for child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Using myfanss to identify, contact, threaten, blackmail, or otherwise endanger a child.
Attempts, coded requests, links, and off-platform arrangements connected to this conduct are also prohibited.
3. How users can report a concern
- Open the relevant profile in myfanss.
- Choose Report person.
- Select Sexual or obscene content, or the closest applicable reason.
- Add child-safety details and submit the report.
Users may also email company@myfanss.com with the subject “myfanss Child Safety Report”. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to make a report.
Immediate danger: Contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. The in-app report is not an emergency service.
4. Review and enforcement
When MyFanss obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, it reviews the report and takes action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Appropriate action may include:
- Restricting access to or removing prohibited content.
- Suspending or permanently terminating involved accounts.
- Preserving information when required for a lawful investigation.
- Cooperating with valid requests from competent authorities.
MyFanss does not notify an alleged offender when doing so could increase risk to a child or interfere with a lawful investigation.
5. Reporting to authorities and legal compliance
MyFanss maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the relevant national or regional authority and to comply with applicable child-safety laws. Depending on the facts and legal jurisdiction, this may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), an appropriate regional reporting body, or law enforcement.
6. Report privacy
Child-safety reports are handled on a need-to-know basis. MyFanss may use and disclose report information when necessary to protect a child, enforce these standards, preserve evidence, comply with law, or cooperate with the appropriate authority. Please provide only information relevant to the concern.
